All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required booking information and payment, where applicable, have been received by TrekUp Nepal.
Payments must be made according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking. Any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, or additional service costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the trekking package, permits, accommodation, transportation, and other services involved. The applicable cancellation terms will be communicated during the booking process.
TrekUp Nepal may adjust an itinerary when necessary due to weather, natural conditions, government restrictions, transportation issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing valid passports, visas, permits, insurance, and other required travel documents. TrekUp Nepal is not responsible for problems caused by missing or invalid documents.
Customers should ensure they are physically and medically suitable for their selected trek or activity. Trekking in Nepal can involve altitude, difficult terrain, changing weather, and other natural risks.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain suitable travel insurance covering trekking activities, medical expenses, emergency assistance, and evacuation where required.
Customers are expected to follow the instructions of guides and local authorities, respect local communities and the environment, and behave responsibly throughout their trip.
TrekUp Nepal will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in your booking. However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
